JFT-Basic vs JLPT: Which Do You Need for a Job?

Short answer: the JFT-Basic test is the quick language gate for the SSW work programme, while the JLPT is the globally recognised certificate for professional careers, higher studies and long-term growth. Many students take JFT-Basic to start working sooner and continue the JLPT for advancement.
